Eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery, as described in our returns policy.
Timelines
- Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of the returned item passing quality checks.
- UPI and wallet refunds usually reflect within 2–3 working days.
- Card and netbanking refunds can take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Cash on delivery orders
For COD orders we refund to a bank account or UPI ID of your choice. We will ask for the details when you start the return.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to hello@anniethreads.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
