Returns & exchanges
If it is not right, send it back within 7 days — we will collect it from your door.
How to return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We schedule a free pickup, usually within 2 working days.
- Once the piece reaches our studio and passes a quick check, we process your refund or exchange.
What can be returned
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with the original tags attached.
- Sarees with the blouse piece uncut.
What cannot be returned
- Pieces that have been altered, stitched or had fall and pico added.
- Items bought on final sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size in a suit set? We will exchange it free of charge, subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we will refund you instead.
