Shipping & delivery
Packed by hand, dispatched within two working days, delivered across India.
Delivery times
- Standard: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Express: 1–3 working days to metro cities.
- Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the next day.
Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,999.
- Orders below ₹1,999: a flat ₹99.
- Express delivery: ₹199.
Cash on delivery
Available on all orders across India. You can pay the courier in cash or by UPI at the door. We may call to confirm high-value COD orders before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. If anything looks stuck, write to us with your order number.
Packaging
Every piece is folded in muslin and packed in recycled, plastic-free boxes — ready to gift, if that is the plan.
